I am a seasoned Product and Project Development Specialist with over 35 years of experience with seven major publishers. My focus now is to use this experience to mentor, assist and support individuals, visionaries and companies succeed in defining and producing the best version of their products by focusing on these five areas:

Enhancing product vision through Blue Sky Brainstorming.
Creating a Product Plan that integrates all possibilities into one coherent plan with choices and an assumptive budget.
Writing a Functional Product Specifications document including detailed functionality and agreements between all parties to be used to synchronize production across all departments or disciplines.
Using Microsoft Project to professionally schedule the refined Product Plan (including Critical Path Analysis) for on-time delivery within budget projections.
Providing professional Project Management as needed at an affordable price.

These five foundational areas on production have been used to develop seasoned Producers who have developed successful and award winning products for decades.
